By now you’ve probably heard the buzz about Facebook’s new timeline feature. The general consensus is positive (but I’m not thrilled). PC World explains how it works.

Traveling by air this holiday season? Yahoo! gives some advice on avoiding catching a cold.

As you watch your little ones unwrap their toys, think back to when you were a kid. What toy were you most excited about? Relive those moments on Retro Junk, where you can find commercials for all your favorites from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Pick you decade and dive in! Personally I always wanted a Lite Brite, but was skunked every year.

If there’s a new Kindle Fire under your tree for a youngster, you might want to reconsider. Studies show that reading on an ereader with your child can actually impede their learning and comprehension. Parents get caught up in keeping on the page or telling the child what to push and when.
